I got this today and have updated my post here with my frustration over it. Would love to see if others also got this today as it would show it was a batch release.
I got the same message 2 days ago after 3 months of being stuck on "waiting on studio." I appealed and got a denial the next day, then appealed and got another denial within an hour, then appealed again and now have "Updated by Customer" as my status for the past several hours. I have no idea what else to do at this point other than keep hitting that appeal button so long as I'm allowed to.
don't hold your breath mate it's the same everywhere , i played the for 2 hours total and was banned since november , been trying to appeal , made like 15 appeals all returned with that same generated reply , and since 3 days now can't even appeal anymore , Email us button to send apeal to support just disappeared. so might as well give up unfortunately
