In a perpetual loop of receiving the same automated response:
"Hi,
We’ve completed a new review of your most recent appeal regarding the action taken on your EA Account.
Decision on your appeal
After carefully reviewing your appeal, we have again confirmed that the penalty on your account was applied correctly and should remain in place."
No matter what you say or request it's the same response. It doesn't matter if Dice is out or not, I'm submitting an appeal through the EA appeal system. They are responsible for it. We need a human response from an EA representative. This is pathetic.

Yes me too, EA doesn't look at the evidence I provide at all. I've received seven emails too
