Subject: If you have been wrongly banned - Where to report (EU players) Hi everyone, If you have been permanently banned after the latest anti-cheat update without using cheats, you are not alone. Several players have reported similar issues. If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to file a complaint regarding your access to a purchased digital product. You can contact the Swiss Consumer Protection Authority here: https://konsum.admin.ch/ I have already contacted the European Consumer Centre and they have advised me to forward the case to the Swiss authorities, as Electronic Arts falls under their jurisdiction in this matter. If your access to a game (including single-player or offline content) has been removed without proper explanation or evidence, this could raise serious consumer protection concerns. For affected players, I recommend the following: File a complaint with the Swiss authorities Keep proof of purchase Save EA responses and ban notifications Collect evidence (screenshots, forum posts, etc.) The more people who report this issue, the better the chance it will be properly investigated. Feel free to share your experiences with us so we can see how widespread this issue is.
