Battlefield 6 connects to Chile servers instead of U.S. East

I bought the game from EPIC and I am having horrible lag and latency issues as well.  I have tied everything I can think of and find online and nothing helps.  I played the beta with no issues at all and now the full release is unplayable for me.  I have 2.5 GBPS internet speed and close to 0 ping but when I play BF6 i have the yellow connection symbol of doom and I'm skating across the map and shooting at people that are already 20 feet from that position.  I contacted EPIC for a refund and they will not budge.
