When I queue for a quick match, I find a game where the connection feels like playing in slow motion. I have been able to replicate the error consistently, and have found three consistent file corruptions every time I verify game files related to do with Javelin. I have tried reinstalling multiple times without success. I have tried everything under the sun to get Javelin to run smoothly, though I no longer believe that Javelin itself is necessarily the issue.
When I server browse for North America, the slow-motion latency is gone, but my FPS is inconsistent. The reader tells me it never goes above 30 average, but shows my GPU and CPU reading well above that. It also shows the "sim" fps locked to 30, though the best thing we could come up with as a rationale is that it has something to do with server overload, since a lot of us are being routed through a data center that isn't meant to take on this many people by default.
