LBV1998 the low FPS icon is visible in the top left corner of the screen. This means the framerate is dropping below 60fps and causing time nudge (TN) to spike and cause network lag.
Fixing the the framerate will also fix the network lag.
Please post a screenshot with the FPS Performance Overlay on-screen so we can see if the low framerate is due to a CPU or GPU performance issue.
And why is the same thing happening for people like me way above 100fps all the time? That makes no sens and it shouldn't be an issue anyway

Please post a screenshot with the network performance graph on-screen. We have to see the issue in order to troubleshoot it.

Already did somewhere down in this thread. Can't send another one the game is uninstalled since it's unplayable and clearly it won't be fixed anytime soon.

warriorsam9 I located your screenshot.
Client frame time is spiking up to 20ms which means the framerate is dropping to 50fps. This is causing the network lag.
1000ms ÷ 20ms = 50fps
The blue line in thr LAT/ALAT graph is the time nudge (TN) line. Notice the TN line goes up at the same time as the client frame time (CFT) line. Time nudge (TN) is directly affected when the game's framerate drops below 60fps.
To figure out if the framerate drops are being caused by the CPU or GPU. Please post a screenshot with the FPS Performance Overlay on-screen in order to tell which is causing the low FPS.
