Battlefield 6 connects to Chile servers instead of U.S. East

If that is the case why is it when I turn all graphics down to the lowest possible setting and neither my GPU or cpu are even at 50%? That may be a issue some people are having, but not the majority. I have the 3 squares indicating low fps and the low ping icon only when in large groups of players around me.
