BattleField 6 Cpu always full load
My i5-12400F + RX 6600 + 16 GB setup hits 100% CPU in Battlefield 6 while GPU is only ~60% and FPS around 50-60fps setting low and slowmotion issuse

Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount 0
Thread.JobThreadPriority 0
GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 12
GstRender.WeaponDOF 0
And get back to us.
Btw your CPU should be able to boost up to 4.4 Ghz.
You might hit a thermal throttle somehow.
