Day 6 asking EA_Shepard for update.
We expect a clear response from EA that we truly deserve. How many more times do we have to ask and beg for an answer to a problem that has remained unresolved for over a month? More than 1,000 people literally can’t use the product they’ve paid for. All that’s needed is a simple email: “Hi, how’s the issue going? What’s the current status? Is it even in the backlog?” With all corporate bureaucracy, it should take no more than a week to get a reply. No response? Escalate it higher.
Could you show at least minimal competence? According to Glassdoor, you’re earning an average of $77,000 a year — so why is nothing being done? Why the constant silence? Why are my messages being deleted?
I checked the recent threads marked as “resolved,” and not a single one was actually fixed: what exactly are you doing? This appalling treatment of loyal players is just exhausting. Even the LGBT Blizzard provides more detailed feedback.
Stop ignoring us. Give us an update on the problem: WHEN IT WILL BE FIXED?
