Beanbag77 thank you for posting the screenshot. The low framerate icon is in the top left corner of the screen. This means the framerate is below 60fps and is causing network lag.
Please download HWiNFO and post a screenshot of your System Summary.
Also post a screenshot with the FPS Performance Overlay on-screen. Set it to Advanced.

OskooI_007 This is incorrect. That is not the low frame rate indicator in the top left of the screen. That icon is for packet loss, which would be causing the lag and issues he's describing.
If it was low fps it would have an ! Mark in the middle of them. This is a network problem either server side or client side. I can't read the packet loss numbers at the very top of the screen to see whether it's on the inbound or outbound packets.
