Beanbag77 thank you for posting the screenshot. The low framerate icon is in the top left corner of the screen. This means the framerate is below 60fps and is causing network lag.
Please download HWiNFO and post a screenshot of your System Summary.
Also post a screenshot with the FPS Performance Overlay on-screen. Set it to Advanced.

Beanbag77 in your HWiNFO screenshot I noticed the memory is running at 1067MHz 15-15-36-50 instead of 1600MHz 16-18-18-38-56.
Enabling EXPO/XMP overclocking in motherboard BIOS should fix this and bring the memory speed up to 3200MHz. Which will boost CPU performance.
Let us know if this fixes the lag issues.
