So i've done digging via everything concerning like what not the latency thing, since i was experiencing it also, i tried everything from every fix to everything, i've come across a thread on reddit talking about cpu bottleneck, its regarding the cpu problem, you might see 100 to 90 frames, but the cpu outputs probably 50 to 60, if thats the case i found a solution if you lower it to 30 fps exactly limit it, seems to fix it to some degree, so infact they just need to fix regarding that issue, so no it isnt servers or your internet, its poor decision to put everything on the cpu, meaning your gpu is quite literally useless.
bekabrate I’m running a i9 14900K and rtx 4090, in game says my gpu utilization is way higher than my cpu utilizatio, which is how it should be in games. I doubt this is the problem… maybe for some but don’t think it applies to high end systems.
thats true it doesnt apply to most high end system's but, low-mid end systems it does apply, even though however you look at it the problem is constantly there.
