16MB L3 Cache should not be the problem as i was wondering because minimum required Intel Core i5-8400 has only 9MB.
I noticed that i could not get CPU fps to go over 70 even if i put all gfx setting to minimum. And it wont go under 50 if i turn them back to full. So quality wont effect on processor usage which is weird af
