Hi EA Support,
I’m having an issue with Battlefield 6. Once I select a game mode, the screen goes completely black. I can still hear sound in the background, but I can’t see or play anything — it just stays stuck on a black screen. I’ve already tried restarting the game and my system, but the problem continues.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?

I am facing the same issue on xbox console as well. Looks like its not a isolated issue then.
Many have been facing the same problem since yesterday.. sadly nobody knows how to solve it yet... seems like EA support aren't aware of the issue
Same here in the UAE, since yesterday, cannot launch any game mode, screen just goes black and you hear the sound in the background. Tried deleting the game, reinstalling, restoring licences, nothing seems to work.
The game is broken and they need to fix it. It's unplayable on console in its current state.
