Same issue here, i wouldn't hold my breath, EA has yet to even acknowledge the fact that this is an issue, 'nor is there any way to fix it.
Used to be ways to force the anti-cheat to update but i cannot find anywhere to do so. Good luck getting into the game. Maybe some guru will have the answer i hope. For both of us.

You mentioned that Task Manager does not show bf6.exe running, and I understand that on your Windows 11 system you’re also seeing a 0xC0000005 access violation error. These two facts together strongly suggest that the issue may not be caused directly by the Battlefield 6 game software itself — but rather something at the system or Windows level.
Here are some helpful references that explain common causes and troubleshooting methods for the 0xC0000005 error on Windows 11:

https://www.easeus.com/partition-manager-software/how-to-fix-windows-11-error-0xc0000005.htmlThese guides cover the common causes of error code 0xC0000005, which include system file corruption, driver conflicts, memory issues, DEP settings, and registry problems, among others — many of which are not specific to any particular game.
In fact, community reports regarding Battlefield 6 (BF6) suggest that when this error happens in the game it’s typically logged as an “access violation,” meaning the game tried to read or write memory that wasn’t valid (e.g., a null pointer) and then exited abruptly. In these cases, bf6.exe doesn’t stay running long enough to appear normally in Task Manager.
For example:
On EA community forums, users describe BF6 crashing with exit code 0xC0000005, even after trying extensive troubleshooting steps.
Other reports note that the game never fully starts (bf6.exe doesn’t remain active) and only the anti-cheat service shows up before the crash.
In my own experience with earlier versions of BF6, the root cause wasn’t resolved by following general web troubleshooting — because I was dealing with a persistent issue caused by security or system-level interference that went beyond standard fixes. That meant the usual guides didn’t help, and I had to address the underlying system behaviour directly.
Hope this helps.
