Same issue here, i wouldn't hold my breath, EA has yet to even acknowledge the fact that this is an issue, 'nor is there any way to fix it.Used to be ways to force the anti-cheat to update but i cannot find anywhere to do so. Good luck getting into the game. Maybe some guru will have the answer i hope. For both of us.

Been trying several solutions the whole evening and even with an extensive chatgpt guidance which led me Windows' rabbit holes i have never been in before...but....no joy...My Lenovo Legion laptop doesnt have much other software running besides Steam and I haved played through the whole BF6 single player game last weekend before the forced Windows update (of this evening).**bleep** today was my only evening I had a few hours to play. :(Hopefully there will be a fix soon.

Same here, I've tried everything too and so far nothing, EA said they are investigating and will soon provide a solution but I believe that not even they know why. Let's wait for a patch or some guru lol

Battlefield 6 Wont Launch — EAAntiCheatService and 0xC0000005 Error

When I click Play on Steam, the BF6 splash screen shows up for a few seconds, then the game crashes with no logs or error message.

Checking Event Viewer, I see these two errors every time (sometimes just the second one):
EAAntiCheatService
Failed retrieving service path.
&
EAAntiCheatService
The game bf6.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xC0000005

Steps I have already tried:

Validated game files
Manually reinstalled EA AntiCheat
Fully reinstalled the game
Updated GPU drivers and BIOS
Added both bf6.exe and EAAntiCheatService.exe to Exploit Protection exceptions
Restored NVIDIA global settings to default
Turned off Smooth Motion and Variable Refresh Rate
Moved the game install to a different SSD
Tried launching with single-player only, still crashes

Had to make a account just to tell you guys how I fixed error "0xc0000135 bf6".

Issue:
I had just installed "Windows 11 Pro N", this is the european version of windows which aims to reduce bloatware. The problem is that the "N" versions are missing a specific dll file called mfplat.dll.

Solution:
Install "Windows 11 Pro" (american version).

How to check if this is the issue?
Go to where BF6 is installed, C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefield 6. And run the executeable
EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher as ADMIN. It's here I noticed I got a popup saying I was missing this specific DLL.

Thank you for the reply, but the error I mentioned in this thread was 0xc0000005, not the one you stated.
