Battlepass

Hello, I purchased the Battlefield 6 Battle Pass after already reaching approximately 70 out of 110 tiers. Since the purchase, I have been receiving the rewards for newly reached tiers normally. However, I have not received the premium rewards from the tiers that I had already reached prior to the purchase. In the Battle Pass menu, these rewards are partly shown as unlocked or marked with a blue checkmark, but they remain locked in my inventory and character, weapon, and vehicle customization. I have already completely closed and restarted the game several times, unfortunately without success. I kindly ask you to check the Battle Pass entitlements on my EA account and retroactively unlock or credit the missing premium rewards for the tiers I reached before the purchase.
