You've cheated or used a thirty party app that's not allowed. You got caught by the new Kernel Level Anti Cheat. You should read the terms of agreement before you counting your payments.

We don't tolerate cheaters. Apply for a ban appeal, dice would exactly tell you what triggered the ban.

I dont think this is connected to portal xp farm lobbies, many of us have had our "Accounts Disabled" = Perma banned for seemingly no reason, if you were hacking or something you would have recieved an email with a reason and it would appear in your Penalties history, search up "Account Disabled" on this forum and look at the hundreds of us trying to make sense of it and asking for help, hopefully EA catch on and save us all, because I just spent £90 and took a week off work to be seemingly perma banned on monday for literally zero reason.

Players are paying real money for products and being banned for simply using built-in features is unacceptable. No reason and explanation

You have been permanently banned from the game you either used a third party app that's not allowed to use or you cheated.
 Exploits like farm with bots will get you suspended for some days in the worst case scenario however I don't see why DICE would perma ban you from using Portal XP Mode since it's there own mechanic they implemented into the game. 

That means you're banned, apparently.
