Beta rewards missing on steam profile

I downloaded the open beta via my steam account, and played (and continue to play) via the steam launcher. I later downloaded REDSEC from on steam account, and soon after I bought the full game on steam. I had a message in my inbox saying I had beta rewards to claim when I first logged into REDSEC. Well, I've checked a few and tried different things, I don't have any of the rewards despite completing every challenge.

My current username in-game is the same as my steam account, whereas in the beta it was the same as this account. I had to create this account to play the beta. My rewards were reset as if it 'logged me out' of this EA profile when I downloaded REDSEC, and 'logged in' to my steam profile, yet I still got the message for unclaimed rewards (I forgot to SS, didn't know my inbox would auto-empty). At first I figured this was just a bug, but at this point I fear my hard work in the beta will end up being pointless.

Hopefully this is the right place to reach out; I've been looking through the EA website for a place to report this issue but this is the best I found. If there is somewhere else I should direct this issue, or if anyone else has had the same issue, I'd appreciate it if you let me know!

I'm facing the same exact issue. I took this to EA-help, and after a few days of regurgitating the same info again and again and getting blatant template answers, today they offered to take the issue to live-chat. I couldn't find the button where they instructed it to be in, so I answered through e-mail like every time until now. I get an automatic e-mail that tells me to use the chat option I can't get to, and give the same instructions leading nowhere. Except I DO get an further answer through e-mail right after, where they just inform that my "concern has been reported for further investigation and there won't be any more direct responses". Wow.

Anyway I looked more into this and it's a painfully common issue that no-one's doing anything about at EA. Their tactic seems to be leading customers at dead-ends and giving hollow affirmations about them investigating the issue while asking the same questions over and over like "could you tell us the names of the rewards you're missing" and "could you give your account e-mail, usernames, country of origin and time zone for the nth time please?". Also multiple reports from European and Canadian users suggest that the chat function I was told to use doesn't even work anywhere else than the United States.

Someone made an article about this issue but take it with a grain of salt: https://antberry.com/missing-battlefield-6-open-beta-or-road-to-bf6-rewards-solved?srsltid=AfmBOoqIjrp2XZAlPtKBulE2Rk9wDPXajTNlZ81h3IkxqFhha0epFmge

The really unfunny thing about this is that EA themselves have said that players should claim the rewards before March 31st 2026. Yeah thanks EA, I'll go and claim the rewards you yourselves fumbled server-side so I couldn't receive them.

Edit: I had also forgot that I've yet to receive the twitch drops from the Beta period! I guess it's all the same issue really.
