here is a conversation with EA advisor about our rewards.
me:there are people in EA forums with the same issue
advisor:Let me check that the queue for the bonus points are still active or not.
advisor: I am sorry but the queue is not active.
me: because that was in season 1 it doesnt matter now if i take the points. somehow someone from the studio have to grand me the rewards
advisor: i can understand that but the studio have been granted the compensation to the affected players already.
me: but i am telling you that i didnt received them!
me: i can prove it
advisor: Now the logs are not available and the season 1 is ended so i am sorry but i am unable to escalate the case from my end there is no valid reason because i am not able to investigate the logs because the data reset after the 90 days of the account and the in game date is reset on the 30 days.
me: so now what? i pay for this content
advisor:I am sorry but the season 1 is finished and we are not able to validate the claim so we are sorry for the inconvenience
