they dont bother anymore. We lost our money! Tottaly scam! they dont listen anyone and they dont doing anything to resolve! 4 studios for 1 game! and this is the support experience we get! To lose our money! Maybe they slould fire more people and hire people that they are doing their job correctly and not because they are bored!

Penguin notice they tend to give 2 different answers and the one you provided is one of them.
Currently, Penguin is waiting for a little bit after having contacted EA support not many days ago regarding this matter.
Will wait a little bit and see if there will be a solution or not before proceeding with further next steps regarding this topic.
Penguin has Ignition skin from BF6 Pro Season 1 pass, which necessarily follows that BF pro was paid for during Season 1.
And still missing the rewards from BF6 pro Season 1 Bonus path, this is in contradiction to the claim where EA support says every eligible players has been granted the rewards:
As a big fan of BF6, Penguin pretty much buy everything there is for BF6 in order to collect, and to be left out with Objective Ace skin for example is genuinely saddening, it's not without a reason Penguin invest time in this case because it truly matters as a fan of the game 😥 Really hoping for a solution sometime soon.
Currently having BF6 Season 2 Pro Pass, just like Season 1 Pro Pass.
