BF Pro Pass Progression Blocked – Unable to Earn Paid Rewards

I am an owner of BF Pro, which I purchased with the expectation that I would be able to complete the BF Pro Pass through gameplay once it was released. Unfortunately, due to the timing of the pass launch, I had already completed most weekly challenges before the pass became available.

After fully completing the most recent weekly challenge, I only advanced 3 out of the 10 tiers in the BF Pro Pass. At this point, progression beyond Tier 3 is impossible without spending additional money. With only three days remaining, gameplay alone no longer allows me to earn the rewards included with BF Pro.

This situation feels unfair and misleading. Players who completed challenges early are effectively penalized, and the remaining rewards are locked behind a paywall despite having already paid for BF Pro. This undermines the value of the purchase and does not align with reasonable expectations for a paid pass.

Because progression is no longer possible without additional payment, I am requesting either a full refund of my BF Pro purchase or appropriate compensation equivalent to the unearned BF Pro Pass rewards.
