Same issue with the game as the OP where the game crashes to desktop after 10-15 minutes of gameplay. There is a brief 1 second stutter / freeze and then I'm at the desktop. I didn't do as much as the OP but I've done the following.
- Rebooting
- Reinstalling the game
- "Verify integrity of game files" in Steam
- Updating bios
- Updating chipset driver
- Changing graphics settings in the game. I've tried all from low settings to overkill.
- DDU'ing my Nvidia drivers, and reinstalling them
- Increase virtual memory from os controlled to min 96GB and max 192GB as an experiment
Asus strix x570-e, EVGA 3080, 64GB memory, AMD Ryzen 9 5950.
In case it is relevant I have 4x16GB modules
