BF6 Free XP bonus not arrived + more

I was just wondering if others have recieved their free XP bonus' for all the mess we had yesterday on the EA app? iv yet to get mine + I cleared the BF2042 battlepass and still missing skins etc.

I NEVER got my XP boosters from the Phantom or Tombstone packs. I've put in multiple reports to CS and still nothing! I got scammed!
