BF6 Launch day compensation Not received
hello , as requested by EA live support, im posting this issue on the forum.
At the launch of bf6 i was unable to play the game due to issues with the EA app .
initially i heard that affected players would receive compensation. so yesterday i contacted EA support to confirm this ,and they told me they were working on it due to an issue.
today i received an email from EA stating that the issue was fixed and that affected players should receive the Battlepass and boosters as compensation. however when is checked my account in game i did not receive any of the compensation.
after contacting the support again one more time , i was told "sorry ,the compensation was already allotted to the players" even though i have not received anything in my account. and as requested by the support team, i am posting issue on the forum to make sure my account is reviewed and i receive the rewards im eligible for.
i purchased the game via pre order at the EA app , and i was affected by the launch day issue, yet still have not received any compensation . im being told by the support that the compensation was already granted , which is not the case for me.
