BF6 Phantom Protocol Rewards

I've finished the Phantom Protocol Challange, but my "Challanges" won't give me the Rewards.

My Teammates haven't finished the "Open Dark Ops Crates" aswell, but they've received all the other Rewards.

the phantom crate challenge is a joke. played redsec 20 plus times to get the challenge done and have only gotten one. I know they are only on the carrier but really ya'll need to put them thru out the map not just on the carrier.
