Hi, I am sorry that has happened to you. I am going through the same thing. This is the reply i got which got me quite angry because as i was scrolling through the posts, I noticed that someone posted a reply from EA that looked very similar to this stating that they have an issue on their end. I was basically told "yea we are having issues, reach out to us later."
What i am getting from all this is that they don't care. It has been almost a month since I bought the pro edition.
Has there been any updates on your end?
