I noticed everyone bought the pro version, including me, so im guessing thats the core of the problem. Contacted ea twice and was told to upvote this post instead🤦‍♂️. They can't actually check our account in regards to which rewards were missing and they also can't manually give bp rewards to users. If only there's an option to actually refund bf pro..
