BF6 suddenly became extremely stuttery/slow-motion since October 20

I have similar problems. FPS hasn't really changed but the game looks very blurry with horrendous screen tearing. It appeared that Freesync was not working, but inconsistently. Screen resolution was also changing seemingly at random. I thought they were AMD driver issues but given your hardware, perhaps not.
