BF6 unable to play due to stuttering frame drops

my pc:
cpu: ryzen 7 9700x  

Ram: 32gb cl30 6000 

Gpu: 9070xt  Asrock Steel Legend

Motherboard: asrock b850 steel legend wifi

newest amd drivers

game was running flawless until the last two game updates. Ive tried to adjust in game setting to low and turn every extra setting off with nothing fixing the stuttering/frame rate drop. Frame rate drops to 20fps and comes back up. Will be able to play for 15 or so minutes before stuttering/frame rate drops get heavy and its just not playable. 

* turned off all extra settings in amd software aswell 

what is the fix?
