lets make it simplier, i have very simmilar configuration. putting most of settings on low or medium, scaling rendering on 50% etc minimum no upscalers native mod. aint care for visuals just speed. so ... ingame performace overlay show all in green. cpu and gpu aint drop below 100fps, physic steaddy 60 everthing look ok. BUT feeling in game is catastrophic, overall scene, effects and other players look smooth, look like is ok, but my movement, aiming responsives, perform as i playing on below 30fps, catastrophic feel totaly unplayeable, i repeat all in green, watching arround going ok, but my responsivities disaster. in bf1, bf4, all other games no prob.
