Connection Issue???

I'm having lagging and rubberbanding issues. Also my game for some reason doesn't render graphics fully until about 2 minutes into the game (on PC). I will often spawn into the match (RedSec), fully skipping the helicopter scene and even the jump only coming into the game when my character has fully landed. All the while not being able to see my gun or reticle once I pick one up. Totally lost on what to do to fix these issues. I really love this game, but this is getting out of hand. Seems like every night it's something else. Gets annoying fast. Any help would be much appreciated.
