For people who have an issue with a black screen in multiplayer matches I don't know if this will help, to all users in the UAE, but I contacted Etisalat and explained the problem. I also spent a long time talking with support and the proxy team about what was happening to all users in the region. They submitted a request to investigate the issue and remove the possible game ban. They said it could take 24 to 72 hours. My recommendation do a same things to all of us to they know about issue
