I'm based in UAE and this issue just started today, the game logs in normally after finding a match the game freezes on a black screen with just background audio. no idea what's causing it. tried multiple things such as updating Windows and GPU, removing any VPN, using game default settings, repairing Javelin anti cheat software, verifying files integrity, re-installing the game but nothing solved the issue. managed to get a way around it by using a VPN. still sucks can't play on my region with low ping. if anyone from EA could see this or anybody who might have a solution other than VPN that would be awesome.

Having the same issue on PS5, also in UAE

Having the exact same issue here. Based in UAE, playing on PS5.The persistent server I have on Portal seems to be working fine, but any attempt to join a multiplayer match is met with a black screen, background audio, and then cut to the welcome screen after a bit. A lot of other console players facing the same issue, across Xbox as well. Console players aren't even able to use a VPN to fix the problem :(

Same issue on Ps5 in Dubai starting this morning have tried all available possibilities to fix it based on the suggested trouble shoot.

Exact same issue here in UAE. On PC EA PLAY.

The problem is only in UAE it seems. try exitlag and put BF6 on Auto it will solve the problem. I did everything from updating and formatting and removing overlays nothing worked. only exitlag fixed it.

i'm using exitlag too, thing is Manama region is filled with bots other than that if you wanna join EU you will end up with 90+ ping
