BOUGHT BF COINS AND STARTER PACK ON EA APP BUT CLIENT ON STEAM

I really wish they would tell us that we should/could buy it on steam instead of EA App cause after I bought it on EA APP, I haven't received anything. This is consumer unfriendly and basically I haven't received anything for two weeks. This is basically a scam and their EA help is complete garbage and its all AI reply or somthing cause they just repeat the same thing. All I ask is a refund and they can't even do that. Do I really have to do a chargeback? So trash.
