Bought BF6 on Steam . It won't let me create Portal

I've purchased phantom edition on steam however when i log into battlefield 6 portal . it's telling me to buy phantom edition ?

i've purchased it already . please fix

same issue here and EA doesnt understand how to fix it, i tried explaining and i got passed to the nest person etc. I paid for phantom and have the battlepass etc.

Portal is dead. Dont waste your time there.
