Bought the Battle Pass but didn't receive the rewards - Please assist

So I bought the battle pass and when I did, I haven't received any of the rewards that were locked behind the Battle Pass marked stages when I completed the them. 

I've made an example with one of the stages I've unlocked, yet it still remains locked when I want to actually use/equip it.

EA team, please advise.
