Campaign gets stuck on next mission page

I've had it three times now that when you complete the mission, you go to the page describing the next mission, but you never get the option to deploy, there's no button like there should be.

Escape key also doesn't work, the only way to continue it to ALT+F4 to close the game and then reload.
