Can’t Host Anything in Portal - 'Global Game Quota Exceeded’ Error

Didnt think it was possible for this to get even worse but havent been able to create room once today even while spamming host. 2042 had this issue while the game was dead & that didnt even have Map editor, you would think they would have planned for even more popularity with portal host. But hey, buy this game you can create maps even tho its really just editing them with a limited allowances but dont expect to host them cause we put no revenue into our servers. Off topic but how is it that Far Cry 2 on xbox had an easy to use & wayyy bigger map creator tool from 2008 & in 2025 we get this joke of a map tool & no server to host are trash on....
