Can’t Host Anything in Portal - 'Global Game Quota Exceeded’ Error

So their solution is killing portal, nobody play or care about it now!

This issue is still continuing now, It is absolutely absurd that you cant play with mates and chill and we have to spend ages spamming 1 button hoping to get lucky!

XP Farms might be the issue but there is still no excuse for not being able to start a game that has not been set up as a botfarm!
