Can’t Host Anything in Portal - 'Global Game Quota Exceeded’ Error

So their solution is killing portal, nobody play or care about it now!
Campaign is **bleep**, portal is **bleep**, resec who cares!

All they have to do is either reset all servers or put a system in place to close any persistent servers inactive for more than 24 hours. There are currently loads of empty persistent servers.
