Can’t Host Anything in Portal - 'Global Game Quota Exceeded’ Error

So their solution is killing portal, nobody play or care about it now!

This issue is balls! I think my favourite part is though the bit on the error message that states "We're working to get you back into the game"

What a bare faced lie, there has been ZERO official EA response to this issue, and the community is getting more annoyed by the day! EA needs to stand up and say "yes we hear you, and we are working on something expect an improvement in a day or something" but they arent.
