Can’t Host Anything in Portal - 'Global Game Quota Exceeded’ Error

I was excited for portal, want to try newly created Experiences, until met with this freaking error! I'm disappointed, what's the point of portal if you can't paly your own Experiences. Get more ...

    So their solution is killing portal, nobody play or care about it now!

    Campaign is **bleep**, portal is **bleep**, resec who cares!

It is coming upto a week, and still cannot Host a Server for our Clan....  Global Servers Exceeded,  how much longer guys ???
