Can’t Host Anything in Portal - 'Global Game Quota Exceeded’ Error

I was excited for portal, want to try newly created Experiences, until met with this freaking error! I'm disappointed, what's the point of portal if you can't paly your own Experiences. Get more ...

So their solution is killing portal, nobody play or care about it now!

Unfortunately, it just states they know there is a big problem, should have known from the start, and will work on it within the next week's timeframe. So until then...won't get to play.

  According to some players in the community, their solution was to drastically reduce the XP gained from bots, decreased by around 80%. But I tried hosting a portal and still got that **bleep** message popping up.
