So their solution is killing portal, nobody play or care about it now!

We went from being able to host 64 player lobbies in Portal at launch, reduced to 32 player lobbies because 64 was unlaunchable, to 32 player lobbies now being also entirely unlaunchable.
I even tried a 16 player lobby for funsies and *that* failed to launch with "Global Quota Exceeded".
We went from a working Community Portal, to partially-kinda-sorta working to, "yup this is completely boned".
I suppose completely disabling the entire mode *does* effectively prevent those Chinese XP farms from working though...right?
The devs have already massively reduced the XP gain in Portal. Some studios in China are saying that now you need to kill around 16000–18000 bots in Portal just to max out a single weapon. This has completely ruined the experience for genuine Portal players (or PvE players. Besides, the “Global game quota exceeded” issue still hasn’t been fixed, I’ve tried many times and still can’t host a Portal match.
