Can’t Host Anything in Portal - 'Global Game Quota Exceeded’ Error

So their solution is killing portal, nobody play or care about it now!

We were super excited to play. Day one everything was fine and then we went to change a few things and have only gotten in twice since then and it is now the 17th. I would love to know what they are doing to fix this. Right now, the game does not seem worth the money paid as a prelauch, preorder. I am very disappointed.
