Can’t Host Anything in Portal - 'Global Game Quota Exceeded’ Error

I was excited for portal, want to try newly created Experiences, until met with this freaking error! I'm disappointed, what's the point of portal if you can't paly your own Experiences. Get more ...

So their solution is killing portal, nobody play or care about it now!

First, need to add solo and co-op option back and better.

Second, why not let player host locally, it's always connect to the internet anyway.

Third, verified mode only have 3, what about adding other modes.

Fourth, before when creating custom experience you can build upon existing modes, now the modes selection is empty, not sure bug or intended.

And fix the error, it's week 2 already!

It is no error, it is by design. It shows up as a "Line Item" every quarter and as always profitable. It is an "Account Modulator" and they use it to balance out the spread sheet. To manipulate the numbers. Loose money one place turn up the scam to offset it.
