I was excited for portal, want to try newly created Experiences, until met with this freaking error!
I'm disappointed, what's the point of portal if you can't paly your own Experiences.
Get more servers, EA apparently is a 55 billion dollar company!

If you get this error, it means there is a server that is just like it in the browser. I search the browser and find the server I like. Click on X for server information. It will give you the option to host it yourself. If it is custom, you can host it locally. I was frustrated until I found how to do this.
EA should at least let us host local servers, I just want to play against bots. But right now, we have to compete with XP farmers for the already limited server resources.
They said it takes about 3500 bot kills to fully level up a gun, so I guess until they’re done farming, the rest of us can’t have a normal Portal experience.
Hello everyone, I just figured out something. It's not the actual servers that is the issue but rather the number of bots (maybe ea did this to limit some load or get rid of the farms).
So, if you try to open a server (conquest for my example, and tested), if I try to make a portal map with 16 players per team (as per the portal creation browser), it will work just fine but you cannot play a conquest map because you need 32 (for some reason only 24 are spawned).
HOWEVER, if you try to change that number to any other number that is greater (18, 20, 24, 32..), you will get the error.
Yesterday I was able to host a Rush server, which I newly created. My Breakthrough and Conquest Server didn't spin up - our known error. I can confirm that the server was populated with 17 bots. 8 on my team and 9 on the enemy team. I will change some expiriences and try. Flight School I come. 😀
Everyone is using it to gain xp and gun leveling
3500 bots huh? Wonder how many actual players to do the same. Leveling weapons in CoD felt slow... but holy moly... it's beyond pathetic in BF6. In CoD I could jump into a Zombie server and level a gun in about 4 - 5 hours. I've been playing roughly 5 - 9 hours a day since launch and still not a single weapon leveled. At this rate, Battlefield 7 will be out and if I'm lucky I might have half my weapons leveled. SMH
I noticed any underplayed game type gets servers up faster. breakthrough takes longer than rush for instance
Bots have nothing to do with it. They just need to remove the permanent server section!
