I was excited for portal, want to try newly created Experiences, until met with this freaking error!
I'm disappointed, what's the point of portal if you can't paly your own Experiences.
Get more servers, EA apparently is a 55 billion dollar company!

I’m having same issue since 11 Oct Am. Can’t host a created game with bots for practice. When I join other lobbies, I can’t see the map at deploy. I have same edition and if you’re able to eventually get it to load, you’re doing 100% better than me.
That explains why the Breakthrough 101 Bot mode isnt working
The whole problem is the Persistant servers...they need to MASSIVELY remove the persistent server option, because all it does is allow people to hog all the server space most likely deliberately to stop other people being able to play.
When I click on HOST all I get is: "GLOBAL GAME QUOTA EXCEEDED!!!!!" WTF?

EA stated that they were going to have all servers up and running on release date!! What a bunch of BS!!!!!!
I am having the same issue with my server that doesn't utilize AI bots.
Same issue, you would think with all the hype they put around Portal and how incredible it looked, they would actually invest in infrastructure for it. At the very least, let us host official modes with bots locally.
I'm having the same problem in UK. Any server containing backfilled AI is not having it. Maybe they are prioritising human filled servers for now. Anyone know when this is likely to get resolved?
Come on EA. 700,000+ players at launch and you can't or didn't scale the BF Portal servers enough to accommodate people playing Portal matches?
This is quite annoying not being able to play with friends vs bots. Gotta fix this! Worked on the 10th, quasi-worked after mashing Host or Join on the 11th, and now the 12th, entirely broken and unlaunchable.
