Hey, my ps5 can’t install the 4 of the files from the latest update for battlefield 6. I’ve cleared the cache, database rebuild, deleted the game and reinstalled the disc. Error code is ce-100005-5. Anyone got any ideas? Weirdly it’s stopped me being able to battlefield 2042 and some of the files are shared? I’ve deleted 2042 & the beta but battlefield 6 still won’t install the latest updates.
Anyone help?
Hello. It appears to be a problem with the PS5. According to Sony's official instructions, you should uninstall and reinstall the app, but it seems you have already done so. So, are there any scratches on the game disc? Or have you tried cleaning the PlayStation console? This error number is caused by a reading failure.
Disc reader seems to be working as it allows me to reinstall the game from the disc. it’s just four small files from update 1.0000.016. Plenty of memory left over 20gb.
